How I Help
PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
Own products end-to-end from concept and business case through post-launch measurement. I translate business strategy into prioritized roadmaps, make defensible build-vs-buy decisions, and manage the full product lifecycle across complex B2B environments. I've led RFP processes, negotiated enterprise vendor contracts, and built five-year total cost of ownership analyses for major platform investments.
PRODUCT OPERATIONS
Build new product management functions including frameworks for research, intake, prioritization, roadmap development, execution, launches and success monitoring. For existing systems, I analyze what’s working and what’s not, and implement changes that don’t disrupt what’s good. I establish continuous engagement frameworks and usage analytics ensuring that discovery is always ongoing.
STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT
Build transparent frameworks that give a legitimate voice to the breadth of stakeholder audiences, including surfacing the needs of those that are inadvertently underrepresented. Through a combination of authentic relationship-building and data, I establish consistent, objective approaches that build trust in the process.

Been around a long time? I’ve led transformations from legacy platforms and processes where stagnation became the norm into reimagined experiences, both by replacing systems and by working within existing constraints when replacement wasn’t an option. I’ve converted waterfall teams to agile, and enabled rigid environments to embrace exploration and innovation.
AI-ERA PRODUCT LEADERSHIP
I completed post-graduate programs in AI/ML and cloud computing at UT Austin and hold Pragmatic Institute certifications in Product Management and AI Product Management. I've built and deployed a RAG system on AWS Lambda with Anthropic API, and I use AI tools daily as a core part of how I work. I know where AI creates genuine product value and where it gets in the way.
